Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will handle property listings, manage client relationships, and assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. Responsibilities include conducting market research, organizing property showings, negotiating contracts, and providing outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Team collaboration and compliance with industry regulations are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License and expertise in Real Estate operations
• Strong skills in Sales and Real Property management
• Proficiency in Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of the local market in New Cairo is a plus
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is an advantage
