Job Description:

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Healthcare Group will hold a pivotal role in steering the organization’s operational excellence. The COO will be responsible for leading the integration of clinical operations with business strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving a culture of performance improvement across all levels of the organization. Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, with at least 7 years in a senior executive role.
• Proven track record of transforming healthcare operations, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and achieving robust financial results.
• Demonstrable experience in managing complex healthcare systems, including hospitals, outpatient facilities, and healthcare service lines.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and accreditation processes, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
• Exceptional ability to develop, implement, and assess operational strategies that align with organizational goals, fostering stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management, cost containment initiatives, and resource allocation.
