Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Treasury Finance professional. The individual in this role will oversee treasury operations, financial planning, and cash flow management to optimize the company’s financial performance. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires proactive engagement in optimizing financial processes and supporting the organization’s overall financial strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends
• Expertise and experience in Finance, including treasury operations and financial management
• Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting Financial Statements
• Solid understanding of Accounting principles and practices
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration and interaction with stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Professional certifications, such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA, are an advantage
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in financial software and tools is beneficial
