Executive Shadow Intern Full Time NEW

The Role

We’re hiring three Executive Shadow Interns, one for each C-level executive (CEO, COO, and CTO). For the full duration of the internship, you will be embedded directly with your assigned executive, working as their dedicated personal assistant. You’ll be in their meetings, managing their time, handling their communications, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This is not a background role. You will be trusted with real responsibility from day one.

Interns who perform well will be offered a full-time Personal Assistant position at the end of the program, with a highly competitive salary package.

All interns receive a stipend throughout the duration of the internship.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing your executive’s calendar, priorities, and task list
• Handling correspondence and communications on their behalf
• Preparing briefing documents, meeting agendas, and follow-up summaries
• Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Researching topics, tools, vendors, and opportunities as directed
• Tracking deliverables and making sure commitments are met
• Anticipating what’s needed before you’re asked

A background in business, communications, or technology is a plus, but attitude and work ethic matter more than your degree.
