Business Development Instructor Full Time NEW

Highly experienced and dynamic Business Development Instructor to deliver impactful training programs in Business Development for diverse professional audiences across the local market. The role combines training delivery, curriculum enhancement, training material development, trainee engagement, and practical activity implementation to ensure a highly interactive and results-driven learning experience.

The instructor will be responsible for delivering both online and offline training programs using company-approved content, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of training curricula, practical activities, and learner support in alignment with market needs and global best practices.

Key Responsibilities1. Training Delivery

• Deliver professional Business Development training programs based on company-approved content.
• Translate theoretical concepts into practical applications and real-world case studies.
• Facilitate highly engaging, interactive, and results-oriented training sessions.
• Ensure alignment with predefined learning objectives and outcomes.
• Adapt training approaches to suit different professional levels and learning styles.

2. Training Activities Development & Execution

• Develop, implement, and manage practical training activities, exercises, assignments, simulations, and case studies related to the curriculum.
• Contribute to creating new interactive activities that enhance learner engagement and practical understanding.
• Continuously improve training activities based on trainee feedback, learning outcomes, and market requirements.
• Ensure all activities align with program objectives and instructional standards.

3. Presentation Preparation & Formatting

• Prepare, design, and format professional training presentations for assigned programs.
• Ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the company’s training standards and branding guidelines.
• Update presentations in line with curriculum development and trainee needs.
• Enhance training materials to maintain a high-quality learning experience.

4. Content & Curriculum Development

• Contribute to the development and continuous enhancement of training curricula in alignment with:
• Business market trends
• Client needs
• Global best practices in Business Development
• Recommend content improvements based on trainee feedback and program performance.
• Support the development of practical learning methodologies and applied training frameworks.

5. Trainee Support & Communication

• Provide academic and training-related support to trainees in case of questions, clarification requests, or additional guidance related to the curriculum outside scheduled session timings when needed.
• Support trainees attending both online and offline programs.
• Maintain professional communication with trainees regarding curriculum-related feedback, comments, and suggestions.
• Assist trainees in achieving a clear understanding of training concepts and practical applications.
• Escalate recurring trainee concerns or recommendations to the relevant internal teams when necessary.

6. Assessment & Quality Assurance

• Assess trainee performance before and after training programs.
• Evaluate trainee engagement, participation, and practical performance.
• Prepare periodic training reports covering:
• Engagement levels
• Achievement of learning objectives
• Development recommendations
• Training effectiveness insights
• Adhere to the company’s quality standards, policies, and training guidelines.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Business Development.
• Proven experience in delivering professional or corporate training programs.
• Experience in curriculum development and training activity design is highly preferred.
• Strong facilitation, explanation, coaching, and discussion management skills.
• Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Strong ability to simplify complex business concepts into practical and applicable learning experiences.
