The Role
We are looking for a commercially driven VP of Business Development to own and grow NymCard’s presence across North Africa. You will be the primary relationship owner and revenue driver targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks, non banking financial institutions, payment companies, telcos, digital banks and others across all countries in North Africa.
This is a hunter role — you will build the market from the ground up, shaping go-to-market strategy while closing complex, high-value enterprise deals.
You will be measured on new ARR, gross revenue booked and realized, win rate, and forecast accuracy. You will work closely with Product, Solutions, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to shape proposals that balance value, speed, and control. Success looks like a reliable pipeline, consistent conversion, contracts that launch, and referenceable customers that expand.
