Sales Manager – Industrial Printing & Packaging Solutions Full Time NEW

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our business in industrial coding, marking (Domino printers), and packaging solutions.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining direct sales responsibility, team building, and after-sales management.

Kuwait (with regional exposure)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Execution

• Drive direct sales of Domino industrial printers, coding & marking systems, and packaging solutions
• Develop and execute sales strategies, targets, and forecasts
• Manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to closing

Business Growth

• Identify new opportunities in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, and industrial sectors
• Build long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
• Drive cross-selling of consumables, service contracts, and upgrades

Team Building & Management

• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
• Set KPIs and monitor performance through structured follow-ups
• Conduct client visits, joint calls, and coaching sessions

Aftersales & Service Oversight

• Oversee aftersales/service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Ensure smooth installation, commissioning, and support delivery

Commercial & Operational Management

• Manage pricing, margins, and deal approvals
• Oversee tenders, negotiations, and contracts
• Coordinate with technical, operations, and finance teams

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales or sales management
• Proven experience in:
• Industrial equipment / printing / packaging / coding & marking solutions
• B2B technical sales environments
• Strong leadership experience including:
• Hiring and managing sales teams
• Managing performance and KPIs
• Hands-on ability to sell directly while leading a team
• Experience managing after-sales/service operations
• Strong negotiation, communication, and business acumen
• Willingness to travel when required
