Master’s Degree in Law or a relevant field is a plus.
Professional certifications in Governance & Compliance (CCEP, GRC Professional Certification, CISA) are beneficial
English fluency (written and spoken).
Min 9 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Overseeing the design, implementation of corporate governance framework to align efforts with the organization’s strategic objectives, foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness, and promoting governance principles.
Ensure alignment of the authority matrix with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and best practices in corporate governance.
Provide guidance and support to the Board of Managers and its committees on matters relating to governance, legal compliance, and fiduciary duties.
Developing, implementing, communicating and maintaining governance through policies.
Review all SPPC’s internal documents such as procedures, manuals, charters and processes from a governance standpoint to ensure alignment with the DoA, and the other constitutional documents and promote responsibility, accountability, and transparency.
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
