We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Manager to join a major Facilities Management Managing Agent (FMMA) project in Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will lead asset governance, asset data readiness, condition assessments, lifecycle planning, and asset reliability initiatives to support operational excellence across a complex environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead asset management activities including asset register development, hierarchy creation, and classification standards
• Establish asset governance frameworks, data confidence models, and validation processes
• Review and validate asset documentation including O&M manuals, warranties, testing records, and handover information
• Develop asset criticality models aligned with operational risk, safety, reliability, and business continuity requirements
• Conduct condition assessments and identify lifecycle, reliability, and maintenance risks
• Support CAFM readiness by structuring asset data, locations, documentation, and reporting requirements
• Review maintenance strategies, PPM logic, and asset reliability programs to improve operational performance
• Develop dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and exception registers for asset governance and decision making
• Collaborate with engineering, FM operations, maintenance teams, and service providers to drive asset performance
🔹 Requirements:
✔ 5+ years of experience in Asset Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Infrastructure, or related sectors
✔ Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance strategies, and reliability principles
✔ Experience with CAFM systems, asset registers, and data governance frameworks
✔ Knowledge of MEP systems, utilities, critical infrastructure, and operational assets
✔ Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
✔ Experience in large-scale developments, logistics, industrial, infrastructure, or FM environments preferred
✔ Based in KSA or willing to relocate
