Mertens – Malam Team is hiring Help Desk Support Specialists for a large and well-known organization in Petah Tikva.
An opportunity to join an internal support center and provide professional technical service to employees and company users.
Responsibilities:
Work with a ticketing system and provide phone-based internal support.
Support internal and external employees across the organization.
Provide professional assistance and technical troubleshooting.
Manage user permissions and employee lifecycle processes.
Deliver service to all company customers.
Support Windows operating systems.
Handle network issues and support internal systems.
Work in shifts between 07:00–17:00.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Help Desk Support Specialist or Technical Support Specialist in a support center.
Military experience is also relevant.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
Experience with Office 365 is an advantage.
Familiarity with Citrix environments is an advantage.
Strong service orientation, high motivation, teamwork skills, and fast learning ability.
