Digital Solutions Specialist Full Time NEW

We are looking for a proactive Digital Solutions Specialist to support digital transformation initiatives by analyzing business processes and developing efficient digital solutions using no-code/low-code platforms.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Build and improve internal digital systems and workflows
• Develop forms, dashboards, reports, and approval processes
• Coordinate with departments and technical teams to deliver effective solutions
• Monitor system performance and provide continuous improvements
• Train users and prepare operational documentation

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital solutions, business analysis, ERP/CRM systems, or no-code/low-code platforms
• Proficiency in platforms such as Airtable, Odoo, Power Apps, or similar
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of databases, workflows, and system integrations
• Good Arabic and English communication skills

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems, APIs, or digital transformation projects
• Familiarity with Power BI, JavaScript, or automation tools
• Relevant certifications in business analysis or digital transformation
