Director of Construction Full Time NEW

Role Objective

• To provide strategic direction and guidance to all construction operational activities, ensuring alignment with DAEP’s Corporate strategy and objectives.
• To collaborate with the relevant stakeholders and identify/implement effective solutions, manage project execution, monitor and communicate progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks while ensuring alignment with the project requirements and expectations.
• To review proposed project programs, oversee resource planning activities and ensure the feasibility, effectiveness, efficiency and reliability of the project delivery plans.
• To ensure the effective implementation of internal quality controls and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, policies, procedures, project specifications, and standards.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• A specialised certificate in Project Management.
• 15 years of experience (preferably within Airports Construction).
• A proven record of accomplishments/achievements.
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position.
