Manage and maintain all IT Infrastructure components including Servers, Storage, Network, Firewall, Virtualization, Backup Systems, and Cloud Services.
Ensure high availability and stability of all IT systems and infrastructure across all company sites.
Monitor and support ERP infrastructure performance and connectivity.
Lead IT operations activities and ensure timely resolution of incidents based on agreed SLA.
Design, implement, and maintain Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans.
Ensure proper Cybersecurity controls and compliance with Group IT security policies.
Manage IT vendors, suppliers, ISP providers, and infrastructure contracts.
Participate in annual IT budgeting and infrastructure capacity planning.
Oversee new sites/factories infrastructure setup and connectivity projects.
Manage and develop the Infrastructure & IT Operations team technically and operationally.
Ensure proper backup, monitoring, patch management, and data protection mechanisms.
Recommend infrastructure enhancements and modernization initiatives.
Ensure infrastructure availability target of 97% or above.
Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and operational documentation.
Ensure smooth operation of Microsoft environment, networking services, VPN, WiFi, and endpoint infrastructure.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
Job Requirements
Strong experience in IT Infrastructure & Operations Management.
Hands-on experience in Servers, Networking, Virtualization, Backup Solutions, and Firewalls.
Experience with Microsoft Environment, Active Directory, VMware, Hyper-V, and Cloud Platforms.
Good understanding of Cybersecurity concepts and best practices.
Experience in ERP environments such as Microsoft Dynamics365 , or Oracle Fusion is highly preferred.
Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments is preferred.
