Develop an in-depth view of the competitive market for retail lending products in Kuwait, whilst defining and validating the needs of new and existing customers.
Develop metrics on application, acceptance and take-up and churn rates for retail lending products that inform key decisions to be made on meeting key operational and strategic objectives.
To optimize the pricing of charges and interest rates within the context of CBK regulations and competitive environment such that profitability is enhanced.
To develop business cases for the product development of Consumer Loans, Sales Finance, Vehicle Finance and Business Banking products which meet internal governance and external regulatory approvals.
To maintain policy and procedure manuals for retail lending products and updating the intranet and Internet to reflect updated product specifications and promotions.
Define long-term lending strategies and design innovative loan products in compliance with CBK regulations.
Monitor product performance, analyze market trends, and forecast attrition to ensure sustainable growth.
Create and manage promotional campaigns and evaluate their profitability through MIS data.
Collaborator with Marketing, Risk, and Digital teams to approve communication plans and implement system enhancements (CRs/UAT).
Regularly interact with Compliance and Credit Risk units to implement new circulars and update internal procedures.
Provide branches and sales channels with the necessary product knowledge and tools to maintain high performance.
Monitor competitors’ activities and share reports with management to recommend new initiatives
Evaluate and approve loan applications by assessing customer profiles to ensure they meet offer eligibility criteria
