About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Project Manager / AI Product Lead to lead enterprise AI transformation initiatives that drive innovation, operational excellence, and business growth. This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and cross-functional leadership to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven business transformation initiatives across core processes and operations.
• Manage AI products and initiatives from ideation through implementation.
• Gather and translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
• Evaluate, select, develop, and deploy innovative AI products.
• Collaborate with Development, Data, and Business teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive AI adoption and organizational change across all levels of the organization.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value, ROI, and strategic objectives.
• Monitor emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Proven track record of leading organizational change initiatives from concept to execution.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and enterprise AI applications.
• Experience in financial services, investments, pensions, or capital markets – an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strategic mindset with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
