🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple projects and strategic initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and cost control measures.
• Establish and maintain project governance, documentation, and reporting standards.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Drive process improvements and implement project management best practices.
• Mentor and support project managers and team members to enhance project delivery capabilities.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing large-scale or complex projects in a leadership capacity.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum are highly desirable.
