WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
* Set up, run, and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
* Monitor and improve key metrics: CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate
* Analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager
* Conduct A/B testing (creatives, audiences, landing pages)
* Work on improving funnels and overall conversion performance

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Search & Social Ads Manager. The person in this role will plan, build, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant networks. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting keyword and audience research, setting up campaigns and ad groups, writing and testing ad copy, managing budgets and bids, and monitoring performance. The Search & Social Ads Manager will analyze campaign data, create performance reports, and recommend ongoing improvements to maximize ROI and achieve client goals. This role will also collaborate with marketing, creative, and account teams to align campaigns with broader digital strategies, ensure on-time delivery of initiatives, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
