Job Title: Market Launcher – Food Ordering Platform
Location: Cairo, Egypt (Remote/Hybrid)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Market Launcher to build and scale a new digital food ordering platform in Egypt. This role is responsible for launching operations from scratch, acquiring key restaurant partners, and driving commercial growth.
You will play a foundational role in establishing market presence, building a high-performing commercial team, and shaping the long-term success of the business.

Job Requirements
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales or business development, including team leadership
- Background in technology, fintech, food delivery, or restaurant-related industries is highly preferred
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and scaling business operations
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguous environments
- Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles and building partnerships from scratch
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience launching new markets or business units
- Existing network within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
