Accountant (Arabic) Full Time

We are looking for an Accountant with experience in healthcare sector who is responsible for managing a facility’s financial health, specializing in complex revenue cycles, billing, and regulatory compliance. They oversee daily accounting operations, produce financial statements, and support strategic planning and cost-control initiatives tailored to medical operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and leading the month-end/year-end close processes. Well versed with IF
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in annual budget creation and conducting monthly variance analysis to advise management on cost-contro
• Audit and Compliance: Ensuring financial practices comply with local tax regulations (e.g., UAE Corporate Tax and VAT) and healthcare industry standard
• Team Leadership: Mentoring junior accounting staff and implementing process improvements to streamline department workflows

Key Requiremets

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications like CPA, ACCA, or CMA is an added advantage
• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of accounting experience, with a specific focus on hospitals, specialized clinics, or medical centers
• System Knowledge: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with hospital/medical ERP systems
