Critical Facilities Manager Full Time

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Critical Facilities Manager. The candidate will oversee the management and maintenance of critical infrastructure systems, ensuring operational reliability and efficiency. Responsibilities include conducting regular inspections, implementing safety measures, managing staff and vendors, and responding to emergencies promptly. Additionally, the manager will optimize system performance, manage budgets and schedules, and align infrastructure operations with organizational goals.

• Expertise in facilities management, infrastructure management, and preventive maintenance
• Strong leadership and team management skills for coordinating staff and external vendors
• Knowledge of safety protocols, compliance standards, and risk management
• Proven ability to develop and manage budgets and operational schedules effectively
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
• Technical proficiency in facility system operations, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
• Certifications in facilities management or related fields are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred
