Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Business Development Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Junior Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, maintaining excellent communication with prospective clients, and supporting the development of new business opportunities. Day-to-day activities include gathering and analyzing market data, building and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the business development strategy.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Research and Lead Generation to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships

Prior experience within the same or similar roles is preferred
- Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and market trend analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently to execute tasks effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Experience working in consulting or business development roles is a plus
- Fluency in English is a must.
