Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service & Support Technician role based in Holon. The Service & Support Technician will provide front-line technical support for power‑electronics systems, including installation, configuration, commissioning, and routine maintenance of hardware and software components. Daily tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, performing root‑cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions in collaboration with engineering and product teams. The role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems, documenting service activities, and maintaining accurate records of incidents and resolutions. The technician will also assist in testing new releases, preparing user documentation, training customers on system operation and best practices, and contributing feedback to improve reliability and serviceability. Qualifications
Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills, with hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving issues in electronic, electrical, or power‑electronics systems.
Solid understanding of information technology concepts, including operating systems, networks, and system interfaces relevant to industrial or embedded equipment.
Proficiency with software tools used for configuration, monitoring, diagnostics, and remote support of technical systems.
Clear, professional communication skills for working with customers, documenting issues, and collaborating with cross‑functional internal teams.
Relevant technical education (e.g., diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field) or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to read technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and schematics; familiarity with test and measurement equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes) is an advantage.
Strong problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced service environment.
