Role Description
We’re looking for an ambitious, hands-on Sales Manager to lead and evolve our B2C sales organization.
This is not a traditional sales management role. Mondarine operates a high-volume inbound sales model with a complex customer journey and significant opportunities to rethink how sales is done. While the team is performing and continuously engaging with qualified leads, we’re looking for someone who can take the operation to the next level — improving strategy, processes, performance, and customer conversion.
You’ll lead a team of 5 sales representatives while playing a key role in shaping the future of our sales organization. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys both managing people and building systems, someone who is excited by data, optimization, experimentation, and creating meaningful commercial impact.
