Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Fresh Agent in Real Estate, based in Cairo. The role involves assisting clients in finding suitable properties, providing exceptional customer service, and facilitating property transactions. Responsibilities include learning and utilizing real estate sales techniques, attending training sessions, presenting available properties to clients, and ensuring each client receives personalized guidance throughout their real estate journey. Immediate training and onboarding will be provided to support new agents in gaining essential industry knowledge and skills.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of the real estate market and basic understanding of real property transactions
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients
- Possession of or willingness to obtain a valid Real Estate License
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Eagerness to learn and adapt through provided training programs
- Fluency in English and/or Arabic is highly preferred
- Familiarity with the local real estate market in Cairo is a plus
