Our client is seeking a highly driven Strategy Analyst to join a leading Fintech firm based in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the UAE’s vision of becoming a global hub for innovation and financial services.
Key Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree (mandatory) and undergraduate degree in International Business, Economics, or Commerce.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years professional experience, ideally within strategy, consulting, or financial services.
- Must have UAE working experience.
- Location: Must be resident in Abu Dhabi and available for an in-office role, Monday to Friday.
- Sector Knowledge: Strong exposure to Fintech and/or Financial Services, with familiarity in ADGM regulatory frameworks preferred.
- Skills: Critical thinking, business analysis, innovation management, and stakeholder engagement.
About the Role – As a Strategy Analyst, you will:
- Drive strategic initiatives that position the firm at the forefront of ADGM’s fintech ecosystem.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and financial modelling to support executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to design and implement growth strategies aligned with UAE’s innovation agenda.
- Contribute to cross-border projects and building performance dashboard and reports for board engagement.
