Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for an SMEs Relationship Manager. The role entails developing strong relationships with micro, small, and medium enterprise clients to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, analyzing business opportunities to grow the SME portfolio, and maintaining records in compliance with company guidelines. Additionally, the role includes achieving sales targets, managing customer queries, and providing seamless support to meet client satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to innovate and improve service offerings is also expected.

Qualifications
- Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, business development, or relationship management in the financial services sector
- Proven ability to analyze and understand the financial needs of SMEs
- Proficiency in market analysis and identifying potential business opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with financial products, electronic payments, and non-banking financial services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in English and Arabic languages
- Previous experience in the Egyptian financial market is an advantage
