Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and closing high-value deals with companies across different industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B leads (corporates, agencies, HR teams)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and sales pitches
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM updates
- Collaborate with marketing & operations teams to deliver client expectations
- Attend networking events and represent the company professionally
Working Conditions
- Full-time – Onsite
- 5 working days (Sunday–Thursday)

Job Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales / business development
- Experience in events, hospitality, or services industry is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Very good English (spoken & written)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
