The Impact Pro (TIP) is currently recruiting a Senior Graphic Designer for a well-established organization in Beirut, Lebanon.
Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, branding expertise, and visual communication skills
• Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design and desktop publishing tools
• Strong understanding of visual composition, branding, and design principles
• Experience in corporate identity design, website design, product packaging, advertising, and multimedia design
• Experience creating illustrations, infographics, social media creatives, and marketing materials
• Ability to manage design projects from concept development through final execution
• Experience designing visual assets for animation and multimedia projects
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining brand-aligned visual content across multiple channels. Responsibilities include creating marketing and promotional materials, designing digital and print assets, supporting branding initiatives, collaborating with marketing teams, managing creative projects from conception to completion, and ensuring consistency across all visual communications. The role also requires staying current with design trends and contributing innovative creative concepts that support business objectives.
