We’re hiring for Sales & Partnerships Associate at AHL. Read this before applying, because it is built to filter most people out.
This is not an internship. Not a 9 to 5. There is no fixed salary.
What it is:
A high-commission sales role. You open doors, you book meetings, and over time you close deals. You earn a percentage of everything you close. The smarter you work, the more you make. No ceiling.
The role:
You find and book meetings with companies across Lebanon and the Gulf, then help carry them to a close. We bring the strategy and the methodology. You bring the drive and the people skills.
What you earn:
10 to 15 percent of every deal you close
Our engagements pay anywhere from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars in commission each
Uncapped, with clear targets and real money for the people who hit them
What we give you:
Full training from zero: scripts, frameworks, and personal coaching from me directly
A real understanding of how high-level sales works inside a consultancy
Everything you need to learn the human performance industry from the inside
We cover your transportation and call costs
Who is this for:
Someone ambitious and motivated by results. Someone who is good with people and wants to become exceptional at selling. Someone who does not need a fixed salary to feel safe, and would rather bet on themselves.
