CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager
We are looking for a data-driven CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Build and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, and automated customer journeys
Own the CRM calendar and work closely with Product, Monetization, Analytics, and Marketing teams
Develop and optimize automation workflows, triggers, and lifecycle funnels
Utilize AI-driven tools for segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization
Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and drive continuous improvement across key KPIs
Requirements
3+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Retention Marketing
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and AI tools
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Proven ability to build and scale automated customer journeys
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have
Experience in mobile apps, digital products, or consumer-facing platforms
Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or similar analytics tools
Experience with automation platforms and API integrations
