Talent Sourcer #1343 Full Time

RAD is looking for a Talent Sourcer to join its Human Resources team in Ramat Hahayal, Tel Aviv.

This role includes full responsibility for sourcing and identifying high-quality candidates, managing recruitment activities on LinkedIn using LinkedIn Recruiter, and providing administrative support for the department’s day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• :Take full ownership of sourcing activities and candidate identification for a variety of positions across the organization
• .Manage and operate LinkedIn recruitment efforts, including ongoing use of LinkedIn Recruiter
• .Identify and develop new talent pipelines and additional sourcing channels
• .Publish job openings across various recruitment platforms and social media channels
• .Work closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• .Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team as needed

.Requirements

• :Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources, or a related field
• .At least one year of experience in sourcing and recruitment using LinkedIn Recruiter
• .Excellent written and verbal English skills
• .Familiarity with the high-tech industry and technical terminology
• .Strong initiative, creativity, ability to work independently, and excellent interpersonal skills
