Senior Sales Account Manager (IT Infrastructure) Full Time

Job Summary:

Responsible for developing strategic client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored infrastructure and IT solutions that address customer challenges and support their digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and the ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Also stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the IT Infrastructure and Technology sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, government entities, and key stakeholders.
• Promote and sell a comprehensive portfolio of IT Infrastructure solutions, including:
• Data Center Solutions
• Cloud Services
• Servers & Storage
• Networking & Security Solutions
• Backup & Disaster Recovery
• Managed Services
• Digital Transformation Solutions
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations.
• Understand customer business objectives and propose value-driven technology solutions.
• Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting and opportunity qualification to negotiation and contract closure.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and project delivery teams to develop winning proposals and ensure successful project execution.
• Manage account growth through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
• Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Technology Solutions, or System Integration sales.
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the Saudi Arabian market.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within enterprise and government sectors.
• Experience working with leading technology vendors and partners is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies, including:
• Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
