A growing Egyptian cosmetics company is looking for a detail-oriented and accountable Online Stock Supervisor to fully own our e-commerce inventory — from receiving and storage through to order preparation and handover to our delivery partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the online stock pool with daily system reconciliation
- Pick, pack, and hand over orders to Bosta accurately and on schedule
- Handle returns, inspect condition, and update inventory records in real time
- Conduct cycle counts and full monthly physical inventory
- Monitor stock levels per SKU and raise replenishment requests proactively
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in warehousing, stock control, or logistics
- Proven experience in e-commerce order fulfillment — essential
- Familiarity with inventory or ERP systems and solid Excel skills
- Prior coordination with last-mile delivery providers is a strong advantage
- Highly organized, precise, and personally accountable for stock accuracy
