Ensure safe and efficient operation of BMS systems, VFDs, MCC, MDB, LV panels, switchgear, transformers, and power distribution networks
Monitor electrical load, voltage stability, power quality, and protection systems
Support operation and maintenance of utilities equipment including steam generators, air compressors, cooling towers, HVAC systems, water-cooled chillers, and RO plants
Plan and track preventive maintenance activities through SAP PM
Lead predictive maintenance activities including thermographic and ultrasound inspections
Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, electrical safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Lead and supervise utilities technicians to ensure effective daily operations
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
2–4 years of experience in industrial electrical utilities or manufacturing environments
Experience in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of power distribution systems, transformers, switchgear, MCC, and MDB
Experience with BMS, VFDs, and electrical control systems
Familiarity with SAP PM
Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques (thermography & ultrasound)
Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills
