Tekram is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Business Development Executive to expand our merchant network by acquiring restaurants, supermarkets, and other businesses onto the Tekram platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential partners, conducting sales meetings, negotiating commercial terms, and successfully closing agreements to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and prospect restaurants, supermarkets, and other potential merchants.
* Conduct field visits, presentations, and sales meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
* Explain Tekram’s value proposition, features, and partnership benefits.
* Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms.
* Successfully close merchant contracts and ensure all required documentation is completed.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants throughout the onboarding process.
* Act as the primary point of contact during the acquisition stage.
* Address merchant concerns and objections professionally.
* Ensure a smooth handover to the operations and account management teams.
* Recommend strategies to increase merchant acquisition.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, merchant acquisition, or field sales.
* Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, technology, or retail industries is an advantage.
* Valid driving license and personal car to conduct field visits.
