Your Impact:
As the Technical Director for the Protection Component of the Jordan Humanitarian and Systems Strengthening Program (JHASS), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening high-quality, survivor-centered, and inclusive protection services. You will provide technical leadership and strategic guidance to ensure interventions are evidence-based, impactful, and responsive to the needs of vulnerable populations.
Through your expertise, you will drive the design and implementation of gender-transformative approaches that strengthen the capacity of government counterparts, development partners, and civil society organizations (CSOs). Your leadership will contribute to building more effective, sustainable, and inclusive protection systems that promote resilience, safeguard rights, and improve outcomes for women, girls, children, and other at-risk groups.
