Role Description

Tecrome Technologies is seeking a creative and motivated Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Executive to join our team in Bengaluru, India.

This is a full-time role responsible for developing engaging visual content, managing digital marketing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting lead-generation initiatives. The selected candidate will work closely with the management team to create impactful marketing materials, manage social media platforms, analyze campaign performance, and maintain brand consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative content for social media, websites, brochures, presentations, and marketing campaigns
• Manage and grow company social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools
• Assist with SEO, website content management, and online branding initiatives
• Create marketing materials aligned with company branding guidelines
• Generate and nurture leads through digital channels
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Social Media Marketing
• Experience with Web Analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative mindset with strong graphic design abilities
• Familiarity with branding, visual identity, and marketing principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, or a related field
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design tools
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing is preferred

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing and Graphic Design
• Freshers with exceptional design and marketing skills are encouraged to apply
• Portfolio showcasing previous design and marketing work will be an added advantage
