Role Description The Senior Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. In this position, you will lead the planning and execution of SEO strategies to increase organic visibility, traffic, and conversions for COB Solution’s digital properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting keyword research, performing technical and content SEO audits, optimizing on-page elements, and managing link-building initiatives. You will monitor performance using web analytics tools, prepare regular reports, and translate insights into actionable optimization plans. The role also involves collaborating with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into campaigns, website updates, and product launches. Qualifications
Strong proficiency in keyword research and search intent analysis to guide content and optimization strategies.
Hands-on experience performing comprehensive SEO audits and implementing technical and content-related recommendations.
Proven track record in ethical link building, outreach, and off-page optimization to strengthen domain authority.
Advanced skills in on-page SEO, including metadata optimization, internal linking, site structure, and content optimization.
Solid experience with web analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar) to track and improve performance.
Ability to analyze data, create clear reports, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in leading or mentoring SEO initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics and CMS platforms (such as WordPress or similar systems).
Relevant experience in healthcare or B2B services is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
