As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to lead our finance and insurance operations and further strengthen our relationships across the UAE automotive finance sector.
The Opportunity
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing all finance and insurance activities within the dealership. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing customer finance solutions, improving funding turnaround times, optimizing Contracts-in-Transit (CIT) performance, and driving revenue growth through finance, insurance, and value-added products.
The position requires a commercially focused professional with extensive dealership finance experience, strong banking relationships, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams while maintaining compliance with regulatory and lender requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop relationships with major UAE banking partners to support efficient finance approvals and funding processes.
• Monitor and improve Contracts-in-Transit (CIT) performance through effective document management, funding follow-up, and process control.
• Oversee the preparation, submission, and tracking of vehicle finance applications to ensure timely funding and customer satisfaction.
• Partner closely with Sales Management to deliver a structured and customer-focused F&I process across all vehicle transactions.
• Drive finance, insurance, warranty, service plan, and other approved value-added product penetration targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop F&I personnel to achieve departmental objectives and maintain high levels of performance.
• Ensure all customer documentation, lender requirements, and compliance standards are maintained accurately and consistently.
• Analyze departmental performance metrics and prepare reports relating to finance conversion, funding turnaround, product penetration, and profitability.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and operational controls.
• Support the evaluation and development of future finance-related business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive Finance & Insurance operations within a reputable dealership environment.
• Proven experience managing dealership finance relationships with UAE banking institutions.
• Strong understanding of vehicle finance products, insurance products, lender requirements, and dealership funding processes.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing F&I teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM platforms, and dealership management systems.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and documentation requirements relating to automotive finance transactions.
