Ecommerce Management – Trainee Full Time

We’re hiring one fresh graduate who wants to learn e-commerce faster than they could anywhere else. 🫧

bubblebro is a UAE-born F&B brand and the country’s largest CO₂ refill and exchange network. 80%+ of our sales are e-commerce, and we’re now scaling across the GCC. We want one street-smart, hungry person to learn this business from the inside out, starting at the customer’s door.

This is our E-Commerce Management Trainee Program. Six months, paid, full-time in Dubai (DIP). Deliver, and a full-time offer is waiting at the end.

What you’ll actually do:-

You’ll rotate through customer service, marketplace operations, content, supply chain, marketing and commercial, across Amazon.ae, Amazon.sa, Noon, Shopify and social commerce. You’ll also spend time in the warehouse and on delivery runs, because you only really understand this business once you’ve touched the box and met the customer at the door.

Three things, non-negotiable

🔹 Comfort in Excel (not a wizard, just no flinching at a pivot table)

🔹 AI in your daily workflow (Claude or ChatGPT, used regularly)

🔹 Two languages: fluent Gulf Arabic and strong professional English

This is not a work-life-balance role. No remote, no hybrid. You’ll be in our Dubai office every day, and yes, we’ll expect you to answer a customer message on a Sunday. Corporate bureaucrats will not enjoy this. If you optimize for learning, you’ll thrive.

📍 Already based in Dubai (no relocation), own visa preferred

🎓 Fresh BSc or MSc graduates. Customer service or e-commerce experience is a big plus

🚗 Driving licence and own vehicle an advantage

💵 AED 4,000 / month

Bonus points if you’ve already built or sold something: an Instagram shop, a TikTok with a following, any side project where you took a real risk. Execution is everything.
