Position Requirements:
– 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Process Improvement, or Business Transformation projects.
– Strong experience in process mapping, process analysis, and process management, reengineering and optimization.
– Current State / Future State – business capabilities model / business architecture
– Enterprise Architecture
– Enterprise Process Blueprint (APQC, BPMN)
– Automation/ RPA
– QPR – BPM software tool
– Ability to engage with stakeholders and facilitate process workshops.
– Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Role Description
This is a contract-based, on-site role in Amman for a Banking – Business Process Re-engineering professional. The role involves analyzing and reengineering existing banking processes to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational performance. Responsibilities include streamlining workflows, collaborating with teams to design optimized processes, integrating process improvements with technological advancements, and ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated expertise in Finance and Credit
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage various stakeholders
- Understanding of Insurance concepts and practices, with relevant experience being an advantage
- Ability to analyze and optimize business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Proficiency in identifying and implementing technology-driven solutions to enhance efficiency
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the banking or financial sector is highly desirable
