A leading company in the field of Electrical Infrastructure and Underground Power Cable Projects is seeking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Tendering Engineer to join its growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electrical and infrastructure sectors.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial tenders in accordance with client requirements.
• Review tender documents, technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to develop competitive technical and financial proposals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Participate in negotiations, clarifications, and tender meetings.
• Monitor market trends and identify potential projects and opportunities.
• Ensure timely submission of bids while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory).
• Proven experience in Underground Power Cable Projects is essential.
• Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Tendering, or Estimation within the electrical sector.
• Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure projects, specifications, and tendering procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
