Resident Engineer – High-Rise Buildings Full Time

KEN International Project Management is seeking a highly experienced Resident Engineer with a proven track record in the successful delivery of high-rise residential and mixed-use developments in the UAE.

The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in construction supervision, technical coordination, stakeholder management, quality control, and project delivery on prestigious developments in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 14 years of professional experience

• Previous UAE consultancy experience is mandatory

• Strong UAE experience in high-rise residential and mixed-use developments

• Proven experience in construction supervision and project delivery

• Strong technical coordination, communication, and reporting skills

• Experience coordinating with authorities, consultants, contractors, and clients

• Sound knowledge of QA/QC procedures, HSE requirements, shop drawings, RFIs, technical submittals, and method statements

• Abu Dhabi project experience will be considered an advantage

• UAE Driving License preferred

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise construction and site supervision activities

• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with contract requirements and specifications

• Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, authorities, and project stakeholders

• Review and manage shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and technical submissions

• Prepare progress reports, technical assessments, and management updates

• Identify and proactively resolve technical and construction-related issues

• Ensure project execution is aligned with contractual obligations, approved designs, and project objectives

• Support the Project Director and Project Management team in achieving successful project delivery
