MYSPAN is expanding its Projects Division in the UAE, creating new opportunities for experienced project sales engineers to work on active construction projects across the market.

Project Sales Engineer – Standby Power (UAE)

This is a project-driven sales role, focused on securing standby generator packages in construction projects from early design stage through to order award.

You will be responsible for managing the full project cycle — from identifying opportunities to winning approvals and converting tenders into orders.

What you will do

• Track construction projects from design, tender, and execution stages
• Build strong relationships with MEP contractors and consultants
• Get generators specified and approved in project documentation
• Prepare technical and commercial offers with the Applications team
• Manage submittals, compliance statements, and consultant approvals
• Follow up on tenders and lead negotiations until order conversion
• Work closely with internal engineering and execution teams
• Drive project pipeline and market coverage across UAE

What we are looking for

• 2–5 years experience in MEP / construction project sales
• Background in generators, HVAC, chillers, pumps, switchgear, UPS, or similar equipment
• Strong understanding of consultant approval and submittal process
• Existing relationships with MEP contractors and consultants is a strong advantage
• Ability to manage multiple live projects and deadlines
• Engineering background (Mechanical / Electrical)
