Hiring: FP&A Manager / Senior Financial Analyst – Dubai (UAE)

Location: Dubai, UAE (JLT)

Compensation: Approx. AED 15,000/month + Employment Visa + Annual Economy Return Air Ticket

Travel: Around 2 weeks per quarter to Angola

A leading family investment office is looking for a highly analytical and hands-on FP&A Manager / Senior Financial Analyst to join its Dubai-based team.

This role will serve as the right hand to the Director of Finance and will play a critical role in driving financial analysis, business performance monitoring, project tracking, financial modelling, and transformation initiatives across businesses operating in Angola, UAE, and India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to management.
• Develop financial models, budgets, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and decision-support presentations.
• Monitor transformation and restructuring projects, ensuring timely execution.
• Identify process gaps, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Work directly with SAP data and collaborate with finance teams across multiple geographies.

Ideal Candidate:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• Approximately 3 years with a Big 4 firm and 3 years in industry (FMCG or similar sectors).
• Strong experience in FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP, Excel, Power BI, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
