Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM (Egypt local time)
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday off
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated, fluent-English speaker to join our patient support team in Alexandria. In this role, you will make outbound calls to patients with chronic conditions, conducting monthly check-ups, reviewing treatment plans, and ensuring they stay on track with their healthcare. This is a vital position that directly impacts patient health outcomes—no cold sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Call a roster of patients each month to monitor their health status and well-being
- Discuss and reinforce treatment plans as directed by clinical guidelines
- Document patient interactions accurately in our system
- Identify any changes in patient condition and escalate appropriately
- Build rapport and trust with patients over the phone
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English (both spoken and written) – you will be speaking with patients exclusively in English
- Resident of Alexandria, Egypt – this is an office-based role
- Medical background (preferred) – nursing, pharmacy, medicine, or health-related degree/diploma is a plus
- Previous experience in patient coordination, call center, or healthcare outreach is beneficial
- Strong empathy, patience, and active listening skills
- Reliable internet and ability to commute to our Alexandria office for the scheduled shift
