Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Holiday Consultant role based in Dubai. The Holiday Consultant will advise clients on travel options, including flights, hotels, holiday packages, and staycations, while ensuring options match their budget, preferences, and schedules. Daily tasks include preparing customized itineraries, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person, issuing and amending bookings, and supporting customers with visa service requirements. The role involves using booking systems and online tools to search for best fares, confirming reservations, processing payments, and maintaining accurate client records. The Holiday Consultant will also follow up with clients before and after travel, resolve any issues, and contribute to sales targets by promoting special offers and add-on services.
Qualifications

• Experience in travel and tourism, preferably in a travel agency or tour operator environment.
• Strong customer service, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with GDS or online booking platforms, as well as standard office and communication tools.
• Knowledge of flights, hotels, holiday packages, and visa processes, especially for key regional and international destinations.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Comfort working toward sales targets and collaborating with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
