Strategy Director Full Time

A landmark, multi-billion dollar Giga-Project backed by sovereign wealth funds (PIF / ADQ) is seeking a Strategy Director to lead corporate and portfolio strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive long-term value creation, market entry, and masterplan optimization.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

· Lead the development and execution of the entity’s 10-year corporate strategy, including phased asset delivery and revenue diversification.
· Conduct deep commercial and competitive analysis to optimize land use, mixed-use asset allocation, and partnership models.
· Drive strategic initiatives including joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, and sector diversification (hospitality, retail, residential, sports & entertainment).
· Oversee the strategy team and collaborate with finance, development, and design verticals to align long-term planning with operational execution.

🔹 Leadership Expectations

· Proven experience leading strategy within a major real estate, Giga-Project, or master developer environment (KSA or UAE experience strongly preferred).
· Expertise in strategic planning, business transformation, and stakeholder management at the highest levels (sovereign wealth funds, global investors, government entities).
· A track record of executing high-impact commercial strategies on multi-billion dollar, mixed-use developments.
