Editorial Operations Manager Full Time

Altibbi is looking for an Editorial Operations Manager to help scale and improve the way we plan, produce, review, publish, and optimize Arabic medical content.

This is not only a writing role. It is an editorial systems role.

We are looking for someone who can manage the daily editorial operation, improve content quality, coordinate with SEO and medical teams, and make sure every piece of content moves through a clear, disciplined workflow.

What you’ll do

• Manage the editorial calendar across new content, content updates, and SEO priorities
• Turn SEO and business priorities into clear content briefs
• Coordinate writers, editors, medical reviewers, SEO, and publishing teams
• Improve article quality, structure, readability, internal linking, and publishing standards
• Build and maintain editorial guidelines, templates, and QA checklists
• Track content performance by topic, cluster, and content type
• Identify content that needs refreshing, merging, expanding, or de-prioritizing
• Make sure medical content follows review standards and is published responsibly
• Improve workflow speed without compromising quality
• Create clear documentation around editorial decisions and publishing processes

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in editorial, content operations, or managing editor roles
• Strong Arabic editorial judgment
• Experience managing writers, editors, or external content contributors
• Practical understanding of SEO, content briefs, search intent, internal linking, and content refreshes
• Ability to work with medical, SEO, product, and marketing teams
• Strong project management and workflow discipline
• Excellent attention to detail
• Clear communication and strong documentation habits
• Experience in health, medical, wellness, or regulated content is a strong plus
