Store & Brand Development Manager Full Time

As the brand continues to grow, we are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial Store Manager who will not only oversee daily store operations but also contribute actively to the development, visibility, and long-term success of Atelier Nanou.

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mar Mikhael, Beirut.

The Store Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the boutique while acting as a key contributor to the growth of the brand. Beyond retail operations, this role requires someone with strong commercial awareness, creativity, and initiative who can identify opportunities to improve profitability, elevate the customer experience, and support the evolution of Atelier Nanou into a leading semi-luxury brand.

• Managing daily store operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Driving sales performance and achieving store targets.
• Developing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Creating and maintaining high visual merchandising standards aligned with the brand image.
• Contributing ideas to enhance the customer journey and overall brand experience.
• Supporting the digitalization of store operations, including inventory management, reporting, CRM, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Analyzing sales performance and identifying growth opportunities.
• Managing inventory, stock replenishment, and operational processes.
• Building strong relationships with clients and developing customer loyalty.
• Collaborating closely with the founders on new initiatives, events, partnerships, and store activations.
• Acting as a brand ambassador and helping elevate Atelier Nanou’s positioning within the semi-luxury market.

• 3–7 years of experience in retail management, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, premium, or luxury brands.
• Previous luxury or semi-luxury retail experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising and luxury customer experience.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and increased profitability.
• Experience with retail digitalization, CRM systems, inventory tools, or e-commerce operations is a strong advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Creative thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Passion for fashion, design, craftsmanship, and brand building.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred.
